CHLORINE-DOPED TIN-OXIDE PARTICLES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
摘要

Chlorine-doped tin-oxide particles having a structure that exhibits peaks at at least 108±5 cm-1, 122±5 cm-1, and 133±5 cm-1 in Raman spectroscopy. The Raman spectrum of said chlorine-doped tin-oxide particles preferably also exhibits a peak at 337±10 cm-1. Said chlorine-doped tin-oxide particles preferably have a specific surface area of 10 to 300 m2/g and a mean primary-particle diameter of 3 to 200 nm. It is also preferable that said chlorine-doped tin-oxide particles contain essentially no oxygen defects.
