<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform recording by properly adjusting a drive timing of a recording head. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus includes: a conveyance means that provides a roller and conveys a recording medium; an acquisition means that acquires information about a conveyance amount for the recording medium per a predetermined rotation amount of the roller; a signal generation means that generates a plurality of timing signals according to a rotation of the roller during one rotation thereof; and a control means that outputs a drive reference signal for performing the recording for the one raster line on the recording medium and controlling the drive timing of the recording head to the recording head at a predetermined interval based on the information acquired by the acquisition means and the timing signal generated by the signal generation unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
