SECRET DATA LEAKAGE PREVENTING SYSTEM, DETERMINING APPARATUS, SECRET DATA LEAKAGE PREVENTING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly prevent leakage of data including secret information without effort of a user and a manager of a document file.

SOLUTION: A secret data leakage preventing system includes: image converting means converting file data into image data in a prescribed unit including at least one separation unit which is previously decided as an extraction unit of a feature amount; feature amount extracting means extracting the feature amount from the image data for every prescribed unit; protection object file information storing means storing protection object file information including the feature amount extracted from each image data for every prescribed unit as information of the protection object file; and determining means extracting the feature amount of each image data for every prescribed unit from the file data of an output object file, comparing the extracted feature amount and the feature amount of each image data for every prescribed unit in the stored protection object file and determining identity of the image to determine permission of an output request.
