<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module which can detect the occurrence of an abnormal event. <P>SOLUTION: The light source module is composed of: a primary light unit 10 for emitting primary light; a light conversion unit 20 for receiving the primary light to convert it into the secondary light to be emitted; a light detection unit 30 for detecting light; a plurality of optical fibers 40 for guiding light; and a light branching unit 50 which provides a plurality of primary terminals and a plurality of secondary terminals, emits the light entering one of the primary terminals from the plurality of the secondary terminals, and emits the light entering one of the secondary terminals from the plurality of the primary terminals, wherein the primary light unit and the light detection unit are arranged on the side of primary terminals of the light branching unit, and the light conversion unit is arranged on the side of the secondary terminals of the light branching unit so that the primary light may be guided from the primary light unit to the light conversion unit, and the secondary light may be guided from the light conversion unit to the light detection unit, through the plurality of the optical fibers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
