<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that can be installed in a small space and reduces an increase in costs of the device, while suppressing conduction failure, as well as a charging device and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode member 160 has a V-shaped groove 161 in a cross-sectional V shape, and is held by a coil spring 180. A shaft end portion of a charging roller 6 that is a rotor is in contact with the both slopes 161a of the V-shaped groove 161 of the electrode member 160.
