<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a filter at least without stopping liquid supply in one pipeline among a plurality of pipelines branching in parallel to each other. <P>SOLUTION: On-off valves (A) each disposed upstream of filters 2, 12 each attached to pipelines 6, 16 respectively and on-off valves (F) each disposed downstream thereof respectively, are closed to drain a liquid remaining between the on-off valves (A) and the on-off valves (F); subsequently on-off valves (B) and on-off valves (E) each disposed between the corresponding filters and the on-off valves (A) and between the corresponding filters and the on-off valves (F) respectively, are closed to connect the spaces between the on-off valves (A) and on-off valves (B), and the spaces between the on-off valves (E) and the on-off valves (F) to a pipeline of a sterilizer such as steam by opening an on-off valve attached thereto to convert them into sterile barrier zones respectively by virtue of a sterilizer such as steam; and the filters 2, 12 are changed while keeping the pipelines 6, 16 disposed upstream of the on-off valves (A), and the pipelines 6, 16 disposed downstream of the on-off valves (F), in a sterile condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
