<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load on an EPC to be imposed each time of handover in the handover across a radio base station. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station X10 comprises: a handover type determining unit 111 that, when a mobile communication terminal 40 makes request to switch a communication recipient from the self- radio base station X10 to a radio base station Y30, determines whether a direct link has been established between the radio base station X10 and the radio base station Y30; a setting information acquiring unit 131 that acquires indirectly from the radio base station Y30, link information necessary for establishing the direct link to the radio base station Y30 when the direct link to the radio base station Y30 has not been established as a result of determination; and a setting requesting unit 141 that requests to establish the direct link to the radio base station Y30, based on the acquired link information of the radio base station Y30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
