<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold releasing film which makes the amount of oligomer deposition extremely small, and which is suitable for not only the manufacture of various types of display component members such as a liquid crystal component member such as a polarizing plate for a liquid crystal display (LCD) and a phase difference plate, a plasma display panel (PDP) component member, and an organic EL component member but also various kinds of optical applications and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the mold releasing film, a coating layer is provided on one surface of a polyester film extended at least in a uniaxial direction, and a release layer is provided on the coating layer.
