<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing member which secures waterproof effect and intercepts electromagnetic waves. <P>SOLUTION: A packing member comprises a first member 11 and a second member 12, which covers at least a part of a surface of the first member 11. The first member 11 is formed of a material having a greater elastic deformation amount than the second member 12.
