PURPOSE: A toilet seat with a sterilizing water spraying device is provided to sterilize the inner wall of a toilet bowl with a small amount of sterilizing water. CONSTITUTION: A toilet seat with a sterilizing water spraying device comprises a sterilizing water spraying device(100) and a sterilizing water producing device. The sterilizing water spraying device comprises a body portion(120), a vortex generating chamber, and a nozzle portion(140). The body portion comprises a hollow part in which sterilizing water flows, an inlet, an outlet(123), and a guide groove(125). The vortex generating chamber generates vortex in the sterilizing water. The nozzle portion is coupled at the bottom of the body portion and has a spray hole(141) in the bottom center thereof. The sterilizing water producing device supplies the sterilizing water to the sterilizing water spraying device.
