The invention relates to an electric motorcycle with rear steering, comprising a novel structure mainly formed by a lightweight chassis (15), a front wheel (1), and a rotating rear wheel (2) connected to a handlebar (3) by means of a torque-reversing mechanism (4). Said elements are arranged in such a way that the distance between the axles and therefore the size thereof in running order can be reduced to a minimum, the driving position is a standing position, and the centre of gravity is mainly over the front axle (19). Said characteristics enable a stable behaviour of the motorcycle in a straight line and on curved routes, with particular agility in curves with short radii. The torque-reversing mechanism (4) enables the handlebar (3) to rotate in the same direction as the motorcycle when it is in running order.
