<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable all the dwelling unit intercom in an intercom system including a dwelling unit intercom in speech to receive a voice message distributed from a building manager office apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An intercom line 17 is a digital line. A building manager office apparatus 13 is provided with a digital recording part 13g for filing and recording microphone voice, and simultaneously distributes a message file recorded by the digital recording part 13g to the intercom line 17, by a non-streaming format.
