<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil in which conducting wires cannot be easily unwound, and a length of the wound wires in an axial direction can be shortened, and to provide a stator and a method for manufacturing a coil. <P>SOLUTION: A duplex-coil 30 includes a first winding portion 40 and a second winding portion 50, in which conducting wires consisting of flat wires are wound edgewise. The first winding portion 40 and the second winding portion 50 include crank-shape portions 46 and 56 in coil end portions 43 and 53. Flat wires in slot insertion portions 41, 42, 51, and 52 are formed so that a cross-sectional longitudinal direction of the flat wire is to be a circumferential direction of a stator, and a cross-sectional lateral direction of the flat wire is to be a radial direction of the stator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
