<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cushioning characteristics of one piece of corrugated cardboard itself without superposing the corrugated cardboard to enhance cushioning characteristics of a cushioning material using the corrugated cardboard. <P>SOLUTION: This device for manufacturing the air cushion corrugated cardboard includes: a pair of corrugated rolls 33 for continuously forming a corrugated sheet 31; a first adhesive application means applying adhesives to crests of the corrugated sheet; a second adhesive application means applying an adhesive to a linear portion extending in a traveling direction of the corrugated sheet 31 or/and a flat sheet; a pair of laminating rolls laminating the corrugated sheet and the flat sheet at the crest portions of the corrugated sheet; and a linearly sealing means pressing a portion of the laminated corrugated sheet 31 where the adhesive is applied linearly against the flat sheet for crushing. The linearly sealing means also has a function to separate the corrugated sheet 31 from the corrugated rolls 33 after the corrugated sheet 31 and the flat sheet are laminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
