<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine rotor blade, which can attain both high-temperature strength and vibration damping force and thus has an excellent vibration damping effect. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor blade 10 is an integral shroud blade having a blade root part 12, a blade part 14 extending from the blade root part 12, and a shroud 16, and includes a high damping coating film 18 on the contact surface with an adjacent rotor blade.
