<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for surely detecting whether or not a coin is dropped to an outlet in a selection unit. <P>SOLUTION: A coin processor includes a selection unit 11 which receives coins C carried from a delivery rotating disc 3 having a plurality of coin storage parts 16 partitioned by separately arranging parts 17 formed at an outer circumferential part of a carrying disc 13 arranged in a horizontally arranged selection housing 12 and intermittently driven, stops at a coin carrying position prepared on a downstream side, and discharges the coins into a rejection port 36 or a normal coin discharge port 38 held in the coin storage part. A coin confirmation sensor 40 for detecting a coin at two detection positions is provided at the position of the coin storage part stopping at a position between the rejection port 36 and the normal coin discharge port 38 when the carrying disc stops at the coin carrying position, thereby detecting that the coin is surely detected in the rejection port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
