The vehicle e.g. life boat (1), has a drive system (2) for supplying driving power. A storage unit stores the supplied electrical power. A solar plant (5) produces the electrical power from sunlight, and feeds the power into the storage unit. A wind power generator plant (6) produces electrical power from wind energy, and feeds the power into the storage unit. The wind power generator plant is formed on two sides of a torso (7) of the vehicle. The torso of the vehicle includes a managing frame (10) on which a set of solar cells of the solar plant is supported.
