The compressor has aerodynamic structured bearings designed as radial bearings or axial bearings (4, 11), and electric motors (5, 10) comprising respective rotors, where circumferential speed of the compressor is multiplied with circumferential speed of the radial bearings with respect to circumferential speed of the rotors. The circumferential speed of the radial bearings lies between 40-100 meter per seconds. The circumferential speed of the axial bearings lies between 100-500 meter per seconds.
