The pump (1) has a metallic pump piston (20) made of heat-treatment-free and coating-free bearing material, where the bearing material is made by copper alloy, wrought alloy, copper aluminum alloy and copper zinc alloy. A recess (11) of a pump cylinder (10) is movably supported or guided on the pump piston. The pump piston is controlled via a rotationally driven shaft (30). Cams (31) are arranged in the pump cylinder and movable along up and down directions, where the pump cylinder is made of metal i.e. steel.
