Disclosed are a method and a device for service dynamic license management, capable of configuring the number of licenses of each service not exceeding the total license number, and triggering a corresponding service based on the number of licenses of each service; dynamically adjusting and reconfiguring the number of licenses of each service according to the running situation of the service, and triggering a corresponding service based on the reconfigured number of licenses of each service. The present invention provides unified license management for different services, in this way, an operator user only needs to purchase one set of license management to manage various services. Moreover, the present invention may also perform dynamic allocation of the number of licenses of each service according to traffic requirement of a specific time period, thereby developing the services reasonably, and utilizing license resources to the maximum extent.
