According to the invention, the slider (32) can be mounted on the main body (31) so as to occupy an assembly position, wherein the movement of the slider (32) from the assembly position toward the released position results in blocking a free run (46) of the resilient return means (45) by means of a retaining member (47), the resilient return means (45) being supported by the slider (32) and by the main body, and the retaining member (47) being part of the main body (31) and of the slider.
