Provided are a signal amplification circuit and an output signal amplification method; the signal amplification circuit comprises an operational amplifier and a feedback network, the feedback network is connected between the output end of the signal amplification circuit and the negative input of the operational amplifier; the signal amplification circuit further comprises a boost converter, the boost converter is connected between the output end of the operational amplifier and the output end of the signal amplification circuit. The signal amplification circuit and the output signal amplification method can effectively improve the output of the entire circuit and better resolve the issue of high-voltage amplification of the high-bandwidth signals.
