<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for manufacturing a non-magnetic molded product that has a high strength and a high yield point and is made of austenitic stainless steel by plastic working while reducing load on a die, by solving the problems of cost increase and complexity of a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The non-magnetic high-strength molded product has a chemical composition comprising, by mass, 0.005-0.08% C, 0.15-1.00% Si, 0.30-2.00% Mn, ≤0.035% P, ≤0.015% S, 0.005-0.040% sol.Al, 8.00-10.50% Ni, 18.00-20.00% Cr, 0-4.0% Cu and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The molded product has a magnetic permeability of ≤1.02 and a hardness in terms of Vickers hardness of 250-500. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
