<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house intercom system provided with a function which when a dweller cannot respond to a call, is capable of notifying a visitor of the situation and recording visitor's business. <P>SOLUTION: A dwelling unit intercom 11 is provided with a mode setting operation part 11b and a control part 11a. The mode setting operation part 11b is for setting effectiveness or ineffectiveness of a presence recording mode. While the presence recording mode is set, the control part 11a receives the call from a lobby intercom 13 or an intercom 12 and causes ringing of a call notification sound. After the lapse of a predetermined response waiting time, the control part 11a stops ringing, and outputs a predetermined message in voice as a response, and thereafter permits voice recording of the opposite side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
