By using this die piece for injection molded noodles, injection molded noodles having suitable surface roughness on the noodle surface can be stably manufactured for a long period of time without increasing or decreasing the surface roughness (texturing) of the noodle surface over time when injection molded noodles such as pasta and spaghetti are manufactured.
