A keeper of one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a fixed piece that is fixed on one side of a support body or a mobile body which slides relative to the support body in a first direction; an engagement piece that has a supported portion, which is formed on one end portion of the engagement piece and which is swingably engaged and supported by the fixed piece, and an engagement portion, which is formed on the other end portion of the engagement piece and which engages with a contact provided on the other side of the support body or the mobile body; and an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position of the engagement portion of the engagement piece.
