<p>This assist device for a movable body is provided with: a receiver body provided on a support body or a movable body that is mobile relative to the support body; a substrate provided on the other of the support body or the movable body; a contact body provided slidably on the substrate, and capable of engaging and disengaging with the receiver body; an energizing structure for energizing the contact body; and a braking structure for applying resistance to the sliding movement of the contact body. Therein, the braking structure has: a cylinder held by the substrate and connected to the contact body; a piston provided inside the cylinder; and a rod connected to the piston and having one end thereof affixed to a fixing section provided on the substrate.</p> |
