A solution is prepared by dissolving a polymer in a solvent having a vapor pressure at 170°C of 16x102 mmHg or greater, and a carbon material is added to and mixed with said solution, thus obtaining a polymer structure having excellent thermal conductivity and sliding properties. Unsaturated bonds make up 40-100% of the carbon in the unit structure of the aforementioned polymer, and the variable represented by [S(number of unsaturated carbon bonds × number of multiple bonds)/(total number of carbons in the unit structure)]×100 is 80-200 in the unit structure of the aforementioned polymer.
