The information display panel has at least two types of chargeable display media sealed within a cell segmented by a partition wall formed between two mutually opposing substrates, and displays information such as an image by applying an electric field from electrodes provided on said two substrates to said display media such that said display media moves between the substrates, wherein said partition wall is comprised of a side portion constituting the side of said cell and a vertex portion constituting the angle of said cell, and the width of said vertex portion is larger than the width of said side portion.</p>
