[Problem] To provide a method for producing an electrostatic sensor film having a conductive film on one surface with which an electrostatic sensor film having a conductive film on one surface can be obtained without thermal wrinkling, even when the conductive film is formed under high power. [Solution] This method for producing an electrostatic sensor film having a conductive film on one surface comprises the following steps: a step for obtaining a laminate wherein a light-permeable substrate film and a film for preventing thermal wrinkling are laminated via an adhesive agent in order to temporarily bond the film for preventing thermal wrinkling on one surface of the substrate film; a step for laminating a light-permeable conductive film by physical adsorption on the surface of the substrate film side of the laminate; a step for laminating a light-blocking conductive film by physical evaporation on the light-permeable conductive film; and a step for peeling the film for preventing thermal peeling from the laminate having the light-permeable conductive film and light-blocking conductive film.
