FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a device for fixation of small laboratory animals and may be used for manipulation on a dorsal surface of small laboratory animals, preferentially rats, and introduction to general inhalation anesthesia. The device comprises a transparent closed container and anesthesia supply delivery hole. The container represents a polyethyleneterephthalate bottle 0.375-0.5 litres circularly cut along the cross section by 4/5 perimetre at 4-5 cm from the bottom to form a charge hole for a rat opened by bottom bending. The wall area of the container comprises a working hole so that to create a manipulation approach window while a drain of the container bottom comprises a trapezoid cut to place and bring out the rat's tail. ^ EFFECT: development of the device for fixation of small laboratory animals which may be used for manipulation on the dorsal surface of small laboratory animals, preferentially rats, and introduction to general inhalation anesthesia. ^ 4 cl, 7 dwg, 3 ex |
