摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine blade that enhances performance by a winglet formed at a blade tip. <P>SOLUTION: The wind turbine blade 1 includes a winglet 3 formed by bending a tip end thereof toward a blade ventral side 7 with respect to an adjacent section 9 adjacent to a blade root side. A CANT angle which is an angle formed by the blade axial line 13 of the winglet 3 and a radial extrapolation line 11a of the blade axial line 11 of the adjacent section 9, is 15&deg; or more and 55&deg; or less. The winglet 3 includes: a tip end 3a located in the tip end side of the winglet and having a substantially linear blade axial line 13; and a bent section 3b located in the base end side of the winglet and bent with respect to the adjacent section 9.
