摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a microlens array capable of efficiently extracting light from a light-emitting element by simple processes. <P>SOLUTION: A microlens array with irregularities having different sizes on both surfaces is molded. Furthermore, a microlens array with irregularities having different sizes on both surfaces is molded by using a resin sheet and a resin pellet. Specifically, between a first mold on which multiple first irregularities are provided to form a first lens surface and a second mold on which multiple second irregularities having a pitch of 1/100000 or more and 1/5 or less in the first irregularities of the first mold are formed to form a second lens surface, a resin pellet and a resin sheet as a lens molding material are arranged in this order from the first mold side, and the resin pellet and the resin sheet are fused by hot press treatment so that a resin structure having the first lens surface and the second lens surface on the back of the first lens surface is molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
