<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient calling/authentication system for surely performing principal confirmation in a visitor consultation room in a hospital. <P>SOLUTION: The patient calling/authentication system includes: an authentication target patient information storage device for, in response to the calling instruction of a patient to a consultation room, updating and storing authentication target patient information having identification information on an authentication target patient in entering a room and identification information on the consultation room; and an authentication terminal having a state information storage unit for storing the identification information on the authentication target patient and an authentication processing unit for performing authentication by collating the data for authentication of the patient input in authentication in entering a room with the data for authentication in the patient authentication information storage unit corresponding to the identification information on the patient stored in the state information storage unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
