<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor assembly jig which accurately positions a stator and increases the concentricity of a rotor and the stator. <P>SOLUTION: A motor assembly jig includes: a jig body 20; a first collet 22 which is provided at one end of the jig body 20 and fits into a radial bearing housing hole for a rotor, which is formed in a motor case, through a first slide member 43 so as to increase the diameter thereof; and a cylindrical second collet 62 which is supported by the other end of the jig body 20, and is coaxially arranged with the first collet 22, and fits into an inner peripheral wall of a stator attached to the motor case through a second slide member 52 so as to increase the diameter thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
