PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a gas-barrier coating liquid is provided to provide a gas-barrier coating liquid having excellent spread processability and excellent gas barrier performance at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a gas-barrier coating liquid comprises: a step of adding tetraethoxysilane or tetramethoxysilane, a coupling agent compound, and acid into a dispersion, and manufacturing alkoxy sol by a sol-gel method by stirring the mixture; a step of manufacturing a polymer sol by mixing a gel stabilizer and one or more polymer into a solvent comprising dimethylacetamide, tetrahydrofuran and isopropylalcohol; and a step of mixing the alkoxysol and the polymer sol.
