<p>A rotating discharge roll is supported on an earthed platform, a bearing being disposed therebetween; and a brush capable of sliding against the surface of a shaft of the rotating discharge roll is isolatedly supported on the platform. Discharge electrodes are arranged on a surface of the rotating discharge roll so as to face each other across a gap. The brush and the earth-side terminal of a secondary winding of a high-frequency transformer are connected to each other. The discharge electrodes and the high-voltage side terminal of the secondary winding of the high-frequency transformer are connected to each other. The earth-side terminal is earthed, interposed by an inductor.</p> |
