PURPOSE: A press mold for forming a plastic plate and a plastic plate forming method using the same are provided to form various plastic plates or plastic plates with high strength by applying proper press pressure according to kinds of plastic. CONSTITUTION: A press mold for forming a plastic plate comprises a press upper mold(101), a press lower mold(102), and a pair of blocks. Grooves of the press lower mold are placed at the outer side of the end of a plastic plate. The blocks are placed above the grooves. The end of the plastic plate is not projected while the blocks are inserted into the grooves when the pressure upper and lower molds are press materials.
