PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to prevent eutrophication by discharging oxygen using photosynthesis of microalgae. CONSTITUTION: A light source includes red, yellow, and blue light. A light transmitting unit emits light from the light source to the sea floor. A body(2) receives the light source and the light transmitting unit. A buoy connecting unit(1) is connected to a buoy on the surface of water. A sea floor fixing device settles the body on the sea floor.
