摘要 <p>A method for fabricating metallic material paraboloidal type two-dimensional focusing X-ray combined refraction lens comprises the following steps: (1) steps for fabricating the master lens; (2) steps for fabricating the sub-lenses; (3) steps for assembling, comprising the following steps: placing the fabricated master lens and sub-lenses under a microscope, finding out and clamping the holding arm of the sub-lenses, aligning the embedded lenses of the sub-lens with the square holes of the master lens respectively, the first parabolic shape is perpendicular to the second parabolic shape, the n embedded lenses on the sub-lens are corresponded to the n square holes on the master lens one by one, embedding and pressing the embedded lenses lightly to accomplish the assembling step. The combined refraction lens is fabricated with high processing technical accuracy, has high focusing efficiency, and the optical axis thereof can self-calibrate with high precision.</p>
