<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit which performs parallel-serial conversion of data and outputs the data in a simple constitution, regardless of whether the number of pieces of data outputted in response to one command is 2<SP POS="POST">N</SP>or not. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit comprises: data lines A0 to A3, B0 and B1 having data aligned by pulse signals P0 to P4 mounted thereon; transmission lines C0 to C3; a data transmission part 320 for transmitting the data of the data lines A0 to A3, B0 and B1 to the transmission lines C0 to C3 in response to a correlation signal MAT; a data output part 330 for outputting data of the transmission line corresponding to an activated transmission signal among transmission signals CK0 to CK3; a correlation signal generation part 310 for generating a correlation signal MAT by using the logical value of one transmission signal among the transmission signals CK0 to CK3 and a latency value CL when applying a command CMD; and a pulse signal generation part 340 for successively activating the pulse signals P0 to P4 when the command CMD is applied to the correlation signal generation part 310. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
