<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary-battery-type fuel cell system capable of reducing charging time. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a secondary-battery-type fuel cell system comprising: a fuel-generating agent 1 which can emit a fuel by chemical reaction and can be renewed by reverse reaction of the chemical reaction in which the fuel is generated; and a fuel cell unit 2 having a power-generating function of generating power using the fuel supplied from the fuel-generating agent 1 and an electrolysis function of electrolyzing a product of the reverse reaction supplied from the fuel-generating agent during renewal of the fuel-generating agent.
