PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing system which can quickly give content information for guiding about an exhibit with a voice and an image when a user of a portable terminal approaches the exhibit of each area.

SOLUTION: A server 3 comprises a communication section for radio-communicating with a portable terminal 2 having a communication channel established through a plurality of antennas 1a to 1f arranged in each of a plurality of areas in an exhibition pavilion 10 accommodating exhibits, and a control section for making the communication section transmit the content information about the exhibit in a position corresponding to a position of one of the antennas to the portable terminal 2 having the established communication channel. The portable terminal 2 comprises a Bluetooth communication section for receiving the content information from any antenna in the area, and a control section for processing the content information received by the Bluetooth communication section to output voice information and image information to a voice section and a display section.
