RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, INTERFERENCE AVOIDANCE METHOD, RELAY STATION, AND RADIO COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently avoid interference between the same channels between systems without imposing a large burden on a terminal side in a heterogenous network.

SOLUTION: A terminal communicating with a first cell estimates a first transfer function with a first base station and a second transfer function with a second cell by use of a preamble section of a signal from the second cell. In a data section where there is interference from the second cell, the first base station transmits a first desired signal to the terminal in a directivity of a reception signal at a relay station becoming null, and the relay station receives an interference signal from the second cell. In a data section where there is no interference from the second cell, the first base station transmits a second desired signal to the terminal, and the relay station transmits interference information about the interference signal to the terminal. The terminal estimates the second desired signal based on the reception signal, the interference information, and the first and second transfer functions.
