<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device suitable for zoom photography. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device has: a solid-state imaging chip 2 having a curved part 11 which is curved, an imaging region 4 existing in the curved part and having an imaging surface 4a of a concave surface and in which photoelectric conversion parts are arranged, and a flat part 13 extended from a peripheral end of the curved part and fixed; and a controller 31 performing variable control of a curvature of the imaging surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
