<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor-improving agent which enhances food/drink in delicious taste, particularly in delicious taste feeling, by addition of a minute amount or imparts woody feeling and dried-fish giving a user an idea of freshly-shaven dried fish, specifically dried bonito to food/drink of dried fish flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The flavor-improving agent includes 2,4,7-tridecatrienal or 4, 7-tridecadienal (except for (E, Z, Z)-2, 4, 7-tridecatrienal and (Z, Z)-4,7-tridecadienal). In a dried fish flavor composition, there included is 10<SP POS="POST">-2</SP>ppm-10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>ppm of these compounds.
