PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a management system to remotely manage a management object system at an appropriate timing in a remote management system that remotely controls a management object system using Internet connection.

SOLUTION: A management mediation device 10 includes: a management system communication unit 1 for connecting to an external management system 70 from the inside of a firewall 20 through the Internet 80; a processing unit 2 for receiving a command from the management system 70 through the management system communication unit 1 and performing predetermined processing corresponding to the received command; a management object system communication unit 3 for transferring the command received by the processing unit 2 to a management object system 30; a storage unit 4 for storing a connection schedule of the management system communication unit 1; and a connection instruction unit 5 for instructing the management system communication unit 1 to connect to the management system 70 according to the connection schedule.
