PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel module assembly apparatus and an anisotropic conductive material transport apparatus which maintain stable tension and prevent a bond position of a thin ACF tape from moving when electronic components such as COFs on the ACF tape are mounted and compressively bonded.

SOLUTION: An ACF tape is transported in such a manner that two tape clamps exchange their positions between an upstream and a downstream in the ACF tape transport direction, and tape tension is stabilized at positions where an ACF tape is bonded onto COFs 4.
