<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element whose emission balance between R (red), G (green) and B (blue) in low gradation and high gradation regions does not change easily, as well as a display device and electronic equipment incorporating this light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 1 comprises an anode 3, a cathode 7, a first light-emitting layer 42 provided between the anode 3 and the cathode 7, a second light-emitting layer 62 provided between the cathode 7 and the first light-emitting layer 42, a third light-emitting layer 63 provided between the cathode 7 and the second light-emitting layer 62, and a connection layer 5 provided between the first light-emitting layer 42 and the second light-emitting layer 62, which generates electrons and electron holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
