<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a service capable of retrieving a store which is immediately available for a user. <P>SOLUTION: A provider system which provides the above service is used. The present system stores store retrieval information received from a user system. When receiving customer retrieval information from a store system, in a case where a first store retrieval information had been stored, the present system sends back the first store retrieval information to the user system. The present system repeatedly receives customer retrieval information from the same store system, conditions indicated by the received customer retrieval information include conditions indicated by the first store retrieval information. Further, the present system stores a store response received from the store system, and when receiving a store retrieval result requirement from the user system, in a case where a first store response had been stored, the present system sends back the first store response or the like to the user system.
